At Vurya Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and hair care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email with clear photos/videos of the package. We will process a free replacement for you immediately.

Order Cancellations: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you wish to cancel your order, please notify us before our dispatch team calls you for confirmation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
